Betaaltermijn
Voor zover niet anders is bepaald in onze overeenkomst of aanvullende voorwaarden dient de factuur te worden voldaan binnen 14 dagen nadat je je bestelling hebt ontvangen. In sommige gevallen is het mogelijk dat vooruitbetaling van toepassing is. Dit kan onder andere wanneer het bedrag van je bestelling te hoog is, je nog openstaande facturen hebt of hangt af van het type product dat je bestelt. Je kunt de bestelling niet in termijnen betalen. Wil je je bestelling retourneren, dan hoef je voorlopig niet te betalen. Zodra je retour is verwerkt en alles is in orde, komt de factuur te vervallen. Heb je reeds betaald, dan krijg je na verwerking van de retourzending je geld terug.
Betaalmethodes
Kies je voor verzending van je bestelling dan betaal je de factuur via bankoverschrijving vooruit of binnen 14 dagen nadat je de bestelling hebt ontvangen. Je kunt de bestelling niet onder rembours bij bezorging aan huis of bij een afhaalpunt betalen. Kies je voor afhaling van je bestelling in het magazijn dan betaal je de factuur via bankoverschrijving vooruit of binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van de bestelling of contant bij afhaling. Dit is mogelijk tot een bedrag van € 2.999,00

Unless otherwise stipulated in our agreement or additional terms and conditions, the invoice must be paid within 14 days after you receive your order. In some cases, prepayment may be applicable. This can be the case, for example, if the amount of your order is too high, if you have outstanding invoices or it may depend on the type of product you order. You cannot pay for your order in installments. If you want to return your order, you do not have to pay for it for the time being. As soon as your return is processed and everything is in order, the invoice will be cancelled. If you have already paid, you will be refunded after the return has been processed.
Payment methods
If you choose to have your order shipped, you then pay the invoice via bank transfer in advance or within 14 days after receiving the order. It is not possible to pay cash on delivery at home or at a collection point. If you choose to pick up your order at the warehouse, you then pay the invoice via bank transfer in advance or within 14 days after receipt of the order or cash on collection. This is possible up to an amount of € 2.999.

Sofern in unserem Vertrag oder in zusätzlichen Bedingungen nichts anderes festgelegt ist, muss die Rechnung innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt Ihrer Bestellung bezahlt werden. In einigen Fällen kann eine Vorauszahlung erforderlich sein. Dies kann zum Beispiel der Fall sein, wenn der Betrag Ihrer Bestellung zu hoch ist, wenn Sie offene Rechnungen haben oder je nach Art des bestellten Produkts. Sie können Ihre Bestellung nicht in Raten bezahlen. Wenn Sie Ihre Bestellung zurücksenden möchten, müssen Sie vorerst nicht bezahlen. Sobald Ihre Rücksendung behandelt wurde und alles in Ordnung ist, wird die Rechnung storniert. Wenn Sie bereits bezahlt haben, wird Ihnen der Betrag nach Bearbeitung der Rücksendung erstattet.
Zahlungsmethoden
Wenn Sie sich für den Versand Ihrer Bestellung entscheiden, bezahlen Sie die Rechnung per Banküberweisung im Voraus oder innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Bestellung. Es ist nicht möglich, per Nachnahme zu Hause oder bei einer Abholstelle zu bezahlen. Wenn Sie Ihre Bestellung im Lager abholen möchten, bezahlen Sie die Rechnung per Überweisung im Voraus oder innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Bestellung oder per Nachnahme. Dies ist bis zu einem Betrag von € 2.999 möglich.

Sauf stipulation contraire dans notre agrément ou dans des conditions générales supplémentaires, la facture doit être payée dans les 14 jours suivant la réception de la commande. Dans certains cas, un paiement préalable peut être exigé. Si vous choisissez d'aller chercher votre commande à l'entrepôt, vous paierez la facture par virement bancaire à l'avance ou dans les 14 jours suivant la réception de la commande ou en espèces lors de l'enlèvement. Ceci est possible jusqu'à un montant de € 2.999.
